i think the only thing that im proud of. .to sal fortuno.. is that he never refused to be a nabueno. .even here at plaza rizal in naga. .sa mga tarpulin niya nakabutang proud to be nabueno. .

There's one difference though, between us the ordinary Nabueno and one Salvio Fortuno. He is a public official while we are mere mortals. He was given the chance, the opportunity and the resources to make a difference in the lives of his townmates. Nabuenos has voted for him since time immemorial. The least a public official can do to repay the trust that the people gave him is to improve their town or at least provide them opportunities to improve their quality of life.

Lest i be accused of villifying someone, i don't have anything agains Mr. Fortuno. I voted for him eversince I had been eligible to vote, everytime. I have never even met the guy. Some are given second chances . . . a number of second chances. Are we going to settle for the same kind of politics we have had for the past two decades? Or do we have to take a risk in order for us to move on and realize the true potential of our town and the whole of Rinconada?
Sometimes when you have been too long in the game, you not only lose the vision but you completely forget the reason for being there.

Just because he's the only Nabueno in the race doesn't mean that we all should go all out for him. I guess it's high time now for all of us to review what he has done for Nabua the almost two decades he has been in public service. Does he deserve our vote or does the people of Nabua really deserve someone like him?

Applicable man raw adi ungang adi sa usad na nagaaspirar na maging alkalde ka Nabua na purong Nabueno y uban naman na nasa public service? Yntonses pwedeng pwede man maski bukong taga Nabua?

Maisiyan man basang ka publiko.
