we made democracy to protect the people from the tyranny of the government. that is why we had to snatch absolute power from the government. kita ana nag install kana mga nasa gobyerno at dapat sanang mag participate kita.

although you say that participatory governance is directed to constituents or mga citizens, I'd like to propose that "participatory governance" be directed towards the government because it is the government who participates in the nation building of the people.

Ideally, ana concept na "participatory governance" dapat kaiba na yan sa mga plano o programa ka na current leadership bilang responsible and honorable leaders. Pero sa kanatong sistema ngowan, dipisil asahan na magkusa ana liderato na mag opresar sira para papartisiparon ana constituentes sa pagpadalagan ka na banwaan ta. Ading "participatory governance" para magin matood, dapat i-negotiate o i-demand pa sa mga nasa pwesto...Mamundo pero matood.
