Fer Simbulan had his chance to bring Nabua to new heights but he failed. Now he wants his wife to succeed him. I doubt she will do better. "Kaya ni Mister, Kaya ni Misis" remains a big question. On hindsight, I still ask myself, "Ono kinaya ni mister na gibowon palan sa Nabua?"

On the other hand, Edgar Pastoral is a Nabueno who has played second fiddle in our local politics for a long time already and he has seen and experienced the sad plight of our town under Fer Simbulan hence he (Pastoral) resolves to do better for Nabua (as what his niece "akosicheene" alleged). Pastoral's platform is good enough but it's still a promise to be fulfilled. Giving him a shot to the local chief executive post isn't bad.

We have already learned painful lessons from the outgoing administration. Are we going to miss again our chance to make Nabua better this time?
